Short Bio: Dr Bolatito Olopade is a senior lecturer and consultant microbiologist with 9+ years of experience in infectious disease management and research. She obtained the MB.BS degree from LAUTECH, Ogbomoso and holds a Master’s degree in Medical Parasitology from Obafemi Awolowo University and she's a Board-certified Fellow of the National Post Graduate Medical College of Nigeria. She has published papers in peer reviewed journals on parasites of medical importance and infectious diseases. Currently she serves as senior lecturer in the department of Medical Microbiology and Parasitology, College of Health Sciences, OAU, Ile-Ife and a honorary consultant microbiologist at OAUTHC, Ile-Ife. Her research interests are parasitic neglected tropical diseases, opportunistic parasites in various settings and Malaria.
